My name is Erika, and I work with Family Constellations and Kinesiology to support people who feel stuck, uncertain, or weighed down by stress. My passion is helping individuals find clarity — whether they’re facing difficult decisions, searching for direction, or simply wanting to understand themselves more deeply.

Through these gentle modalities, I guide people to uncover where their pain or entanglements truly come from. Once those hidden patterns are revealed, healing and freedom become possible. My role is to help stop what no longer serves you, so you can move forward with greater peace, confidence, and connection.
